RSS Drop Down Menu Help

I think that is what I am going to do for now but I know I am so close with

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="', $settings['theme_url'], 'â€Ã,\style.css" >

and if  I could get this to work then when you select a different theme it would load the new style.css  from the new default theme.

I know its just a ,â€Ã,,.â€Ã,:. out of place I just don’t know what.

If anyone reading this post that knows which ,â€Ã,,.â€Ã,:. in this

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="', $settings['theme_url'], 'â€Ã,\style.css" >

is wrong please fix it before I go
