I host with UH Hosting (http://www.uh-hosting.co.uk/home/) and can't fault them.  I have written a longer review of them over on simplemachines.org.  I've been with them for 6 months now and have found them great.

I  use the Bronze, I find its OK for me, but if you need a domain then the Silver as you get a free domain with that
