How to add "Re:" prefix for replies in "Recent Topics" block?

How can I add the "Re:" prefix for replies in the "Recent Topics" block? I have been completely unable to find out any information about that in the forum. Thank you.

You don't: the recent topics block shows just that : the Topic title of the topics that are recently replied to.

The Re: prefix is only relevant to the replies. The recent topic shows the Topic title, not the replies...

This is on purpose and cannot be changed
