TP Shoutbox Problem

Hey guys, i have problem with my shoutbox , I have TP installed on my SMF but my Shoutbox messages disappear i can view them by clicking on "Show 50 latest" only but on normal view i cant !! also when i click shout i get redirect to Forum index, I also searched forums and didn't find problem like this, i hope someone can help me!

Can't see the shoutbox on your site. But I would guess that your theme or something has some CSS that is making the shouts display: none; or something similar to that. Check in the default theme to see if the same issue appears. If so, you'll have to allow guests to see your shoutbox temporarily until we can see and fix the problem.

The shoutbox redirect was fixed before TP 1.0 final. You should update to pick up those changes.
