Forum Redirects to Another Directory?

I tried to fix an issue with the index.php template and updated SMF with patches. Since then I've had issues and almost every link on the site redirects to another test forum directory I have on my hosting server.

For instance, when you click on forum it redirects to it should take you to http://pwsmarks.com/pws/index.php?action=forum

But it takes you to
http://www.pwsmarks.com/pwsr/index.php?wwwRedirect;action=forum

Furthermore, the log in page and article links redirect to the directory of pwsr in stead of the pws

Can anyone help?

Not really a tinyportal problem. But I would just go into SMF Admin > Configuration > Dataebase and Paths and change the URL to include the www.

Do you know if it's possible to move my old SMF/TP database that ran SMF 1.1.3 and TP 1 from a MYSQL 4.1 databse and move it to SMF 2 TP1 on MYSQL 5?

I'm sure it's possible. I've never had to do it while migrating from mysql 4 to 5 though. As long as you keep backups you shouldn't have to worry about breaking anything though.
