Very strange things happened to me after updating.

In blocks or pages where is my custom php code are behaving strangely:
, example:
i save it like this: 
....href="'.$scripturl.'/index.php?acti......   

And it's work till I edit bloch and then is code like this: (in same place)

....href="http://www.logooff.net/'.$scripturl.'/index.php?acti......

After i was disable Pretty URL seems it's ok. Suppose some conflict between.

me neither, but after it's disable all works ok! I am satisfied with that  in a future I may look that issue again important to me that I localize the problem.
