Download Settings cut

Everything in Settings section of Download Manager is moved, and I even dont see Save button or anything. Short, let me show you how it looks with screenshots:

I can't seem to duplicate your issue on a vanilla SMF 2.0 test site with the latest TinyPortal and the latest version of that theme installed.

Default Forum Language: English only
Theme name and version: Minimalism (by Bloc)

1.  Can you please verify your default Language for me (Language Name, Character Set, and Locale please) ...

2.  Can you please check whether this is happening with the dafault SMF theme (Curve) ...

3.  I know that there were some problems earlier with this theme when using portals.  Bloc updated the theme back in March to address these issues.  Are you using a fairly recent version, or are you using an older version of the theme?  If it is an older version, please update the theme on your site to the latest version and try it again ...
