I am attempting to make a few blocks visible only to members.  The "Underground Radio" block on the forum home page has the "Guests" box clicked off in the Block Access area, but remains visible to guests.

I've searched the forum, and read a few posts from earlier this year.  If I'm understanding correctly, an attempt was made to correct this problem in a recent upgrade.  I think I have the current versions of SMF and TinyPortal.  What do I need to do to correct this problem?

No, you don't have the latest versions.  The latest versions are ...

TP version:TinyPortal 1.0 RC2

This issue has been fixed in TinyPortal 1.0 RC2.  Please read the issue at this link --> http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?issue=42.0

I suggest that you setup a test site with the latest versions to test this and, if it is fixed, please upgrade.
