and to add to the problem, the 'Mass upload' in the media section won't work, so I'm having to upload pictures individually

Are you inputting the code directly into the editor? Did you click the button to insert while in code mode? There is a button on the editor to switch between editor and code mode. Please make sure you are doing this when pasting code into the editor.

As for your last question. It will help if you don't convolute a topic with multiple problems. This will help us solve one problem at a time instead of bouncing around like chickens with their heads cut off. lol

Please open a separate topic for your last post and describe exactly what you are talking about. I don't know of any mass upload section for TP.

hi IchBin. I uploaded the tiny portal package via the 'Packages' section on the SMF fourm. then I went via the usual process. I've tried a alot of things, still can't get rid of the 'html' tag. I can't see a button to switch to 'code' mode.

Not allowed to view your image. The button is at the top with the rest of the buttons. It says "html" on it. You click that, and it puts you into code mode so you can paste HTML code into the textbox without the editor screwing things up.
