Are the topics pulled from forums to Front Page supposed to behave like this?

Link to my site: http://gr.2phatgeeks.com
SMF version: RC5
TP version: T1.0
Default Forum Language: English
Theme name and version: Argentum2
Browser Name and Version: FF 4
Mods installed: Ajax Chat Integration 3.2.1, Tiny Portal, Add stars to Profile, Event Reminder Mod and Contact Page
Related Error messages: No error message, but a behavior I'm not sure is default or not.

When I first installed TinyPortal, I had the front page set up to pull from Greater Realms Announcements forum as well as the Greater Realms Rumors & Whispers. Originally, it pulled just fine--topics posted in the board were immediately linked to TP's front page.  Then yesterday I made an announcement about the Ajax chat being installed in the Greater Realms Announcements forum, but it didn't display on the front page.

I made a test post today in the Rumors & Whispers forum and yesterday's news about the installation of the Ajax Chat, from the Greater Realms Announcements forums--finally showed up on the front page. But not the test article in Rumors & Whispers.

Is that just how it is? Or do I have a bug, glitch, or mod issue?

Thanks!

ZarPrime

Hmmm, OK.  Are there any erros at all in your Forum Error Log?  Let's try this.  Select "Normal Article" for the Layout Type and drop down and save it and let me know if all 5 topics show up.

The only error log I seem to have recently are for Scheduled tasks, and this:

Apply Filter: Only show the error messages of this URL
http://www.gr.2phatgeeks.com/index.php?action=tpadmin
Apply Filter: Only show the errors with the same message
8: Undefined index: 4
Apply Filter: Only show the errors from this file
File: /home/elf_fu/gr.2phatgeeks.com/Sources/TPortalAdmin.php
Line: 1845

! Setting it to Normal Article had the posts show up.

So something about the Icon +Article?
