Blank Permissions (in member groups), english utf files are uploaded and working

my problem with TP blank admin page was resolved on the following thread .

When I wanted to change the permission groups, I realized that some settings are blank/missing again (please see attached)

I'm also experiencing missing left and right columns for "Hero Members". Admin, Regulars, and even guests can see the left& right columns. Mentioning this just in case it's somehow related to the blank permissions settings.

Things I have done:
The UTF english files are all uploaded with no problems so far. I have tried refreshing the browser, and the "Hero members" still cannot see the left/right columns.

Those are likely from other mods or something. It seems from the bottom of the picture that the TP permissions are there just fine. I would guess that the mods you've installed have only put the language strings in the Modifications.english.php file and NOT in the Modifications.english-utf8.php file.

Solved thanks, you correctly pointed it out that it doesn't belonged to TP. I went through all the mods I had, and the missing strings belonged to Aeva.
