Absolutely Brilliant!

Freddy did a great job on this - character limit works now according to the limits set in the NiceToolTips control panel. This is streamlined code and beautiful stuff.

Just so all are aware, this is a scrolling box, with the NiceToolTips mod with a cleaned up display. It only shows the thread's topic name (the poster's name and post time was removed).
