TP Install error

Seems TP is timming out. i get this error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Hosting\7326588\html\Forum\Sources\Subs-Package.php on line 2457

If TP doesn't install through the package manager because of a timeout, I would guess you won't be able to install it unless you are able to do the manual install.
