Can't access anything but admin

I installed my smf with fantastico or whatever it is called. I have added these 2 mods ajax chat and Arcade. Then i try and install the Tinyportal mod and when i click home it gives me what you get on this link http://www.uafree.info/forums/ which is my website and if you see nothing on the link then this is what it says

. I can uninstall Tinyportal and it goes back to normal so i know it is Tinyportal making the issue... I don't understand what to do i have tried everything out of my ability so can anyone help me

Also I wanna install a new theme and beable to use and keep all my mods but i don't know how to inter grade it with my theme. Anyone know a easy way or can help me a long on how to mod my theme to work with tinyportal, Ajax Chat and Arcade

I've no idea if one of those mods is conflicting with Tinyportal, or vice versa.  But I if this was a completely fresh install I would have installed SMF followed by Tinyportal before installing any other mods.

If this is as far as you got building your site I'd be tempted to start over and see what happens. (but that's just what I would do). 

Or wait and see if one of the team can help fix what you've got already.

That looks like it might be something to do with mod_security. There's a post by Unknown at SMF that you should read. You'll need to try some changes that he suggests in his post. If you search his posts for the word "mod_security" you should find it.

As for the theme, there is nothing you need to do to make the theme work with TinyPortal in TP 1. You just need to ask the mod authors if their mod does not work in your theme.
