How do I give guests permission to view articles?

When I am admin i can see the articles on the frontpage.

When I logout the articles do not show.

I know I had this set once but I sure cant find where i set that.

I just found it. It under category. I think you need to move this, its not intuitive. It should be on the permissions page.

Category permissions are something that a LOT of people have asked for. I think if you're going to have category permissions, the permissions should be in the category. It's been this way for a very long time.
