I don't think I've ever been able to figure out how to take pictures this good with mine.  Here's the review by the same guy for my camera.  He doesn't seem to like mine as good as yours --> http://www.trustedreviews.com/digital-cameras/review/2006/11/21/Kodak-EasyShare-Z710/p1

I read a lot of reviews when I got my camera and, even though it cost more than yours, I think you got a better deal.

ZP, He really did not like your camera did he hmm.  Actually I think I was looking at that same model as an option, but I went for the Fuji after seeing a lot of good reviews on Amazon - and also after seeing some photos taken by owners at the time.  It does seem like I got the better deal.

I did nothing special to take those, I think most of them were on the Auto setting.  Other than that all I really had to do was focus and get the plane in frame.

@Crip...that went straight over my head, I think I am being thick  :o

Freddy the S5700 is a great little camera, I think my brother has one of those, and he's got some excellent photos from it.

I'm a Canon DSLR user myself, but still have a Fuji S602z.  It's getting on in years now but again still takes a great photo.  O0

Don't get me wrong.  That Kodak does take some great pictures as well and I've taken a few.  It's just that I'm not in as good a shape as I used to be and can't go out exploring for the best shots like I used to.  It was a nice little camera when I bought it but, at this point, it is just not as good as some of the newer ones.  One of the things that I don't like about it is that the Schneider-Kreuznach lens on it is a strange, somewhat proprietary size.  I used to take a lot of pictures using the Coken filter system and I found out, after I had bought the camera, that I could no longer use the many hundreds of dollars worth of filters that I already had because I couldn't get the right size adaptor for it.  That one really ticked me off. :knuppel2:
