Add option "read more" on topic portal

I want to change the topic of the website, which says

# Comments | Write Comment

say

Topic Complet | # comment | Write Comment

or replace where it says "# comment" to "Topic Complet"

Topic Complet | Write Comment

It could also appear at the end of the body of the topic, an option that says "read more" and open the Topic Complet.

Either option help me

I'm a little confused as to what you would accomplish by doing this.  You can get to the full text of the topic by clicking either the "x comments" link or the link for the topic in the title bar of the topic.  In any case, this would require some additional coding to accomplish this and it would all have to be edited again once you upgraded TinyPortal again.
