I've just installed the latest TinyPortal into SMF1.1.11.

I noticed that when you define a block you can choose to whether or not the block can be collapsed.

I was wondering if it's possible to do the same for Panels, so that it will always be displayed (and cannot be closed)?

Hi dwwd,

Welcome to TinyPortal.

Yes, of course you can do this.  Look under the TinyPortal General Settings.  There is a checkbox for "Allow the panels to be collapsed? (Yes / No)".  See the attached image below.

I have also put in a feature request to be able to have the panels togglable / set by access level.
