New Install, graphics problem

Hello all,

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this question or not.  So, if it is not in the right place, I apologize. 

I just installed SMF 1.1.11 and TP ver 1.083 (beta4.1b I think it was).  I am having an issue the the "New" post graphic.  The graphic is viewing as an error (the red X where the graphic should be.  The following is the path that the site is looking for:

http://mysite.com/Themes/Enterprise_smf11final_tp/images/english-utf8/new.gif

This is where that new.gif is installed:

http://mysite.com/Themes/Enterprise_smf11final_tp/images/english/new.gif

I looked in a couple of .php files but couldnt find the function that calls for the graphic.

I am new to all this so, again I apologize for poor descriptions.  I think I have all the pertinent info.

By default most themes don't include a utf8 version if you are using it. You can simple add the directory for the english-utf8, and then copy the images from the other directory into it to solve your problem.
