hacking attempt

When i insert a site link block it gives me hacking attemt. It never gave me any errors when i was on 1.1.11
What causes the problem? Its a basic block with links to differnet parts in the forum.
I gat a dam error on every html block that i insert! HACKING ATTEMPT!! How can i turn that crap off or something. Please!!!
