Linking download page

Is there anyway to effectively post a link to either a download or even the category to facebook? I put the full link and facebook will just put up the sites frontpage?

Im sure this is really a FB issue but wouldnt hurt to ask here.

Yeah definitely a problem with how facebook handles it. Not sure there's anything we can do about that on our side.
