Javascript error on Statistics Center Monthly Summary

When clicking the Statistics Center Monthly Summary it gives a javascript error and does not fully open the Monthly Summary. If you click the Monthly Summary again it will open as expected.

Seems like an SMF problem to me. Not a TP problem from what I can tell.
