Ken.

smartmouse, you should be able to move your block up, or down, in your Panels and Blocks edit screen.

I tried the first fix but i can't find that code in my tp-files/tp-modules/TPShout/Sources/TPShout.php
(was that path wrong? He says tp-files/tp-modules/tp-shoutbox/Sources/TPShout.php).

Yeah, I think that "tp-shoutbox" is wrong.  It should be "\tp-files\tp-modules\TPShout\Sources".  Bloc may have made that post when he was working on an SVN before the code was final.

On the other question, though what Ken and Ichbin mentioned is correct, I think that smartmouse meant the 4 blocks shown on top when he's on the "/index.php?action=tpmod;shout=show50" page.  Is that correct smartmouse?  If that is the case, you could do a couple of things.  Those 4 blocks in your upper panel (I think) could be set to show only on the Front Page or you could set the panels to all be turned off when in the tpmod action, sort of like on this page on my test site ...

Tha attached image will show you how to do that.

Yes obviously ;)

I tried both solutions and although they both work i prefered to use the first one because i want to show the panel on the sides and i want to hide the central panels.

Thank you!

Ehm... if i try to send a shout as guest it does't save it in the list of all shouts... It works only if an user is logged.
In the admin panel i select the option to let anonymous users to post shouts, but it does not work. Why?

smartmouse,

To avoid spam, I don't personally allow any guest shouts on any of my Forums so someone else might be able to help you with this issue.  However, it might be better if you start a new support topic since this one has been marked solved.
