When you check your site via FTP, you should see the files and folders shown in the attached image.  Inside each of those folders, there will be a few files.  The location of this folder is /public_html/YourSitees/tp-modules/TPShout

It should also show you an "Owner" column.  If any of these are missing, then you are missing some important folders and files.  The owner of each folder and file and folder in there should be the name of your site.  For instance, if your site is "thissite", then "thissite" should be listed as the owner of all folders and files.  If any of these folders or files are missing, then you will need to upload them to your site via FTP manually.

The Sitemap block will show the Downloads Manager by default.  A much better way to do a sitemap, IMHO, is to use the Menu System and create your own menu block.  If you want to show the Downloads in the menu, then the link to make a menu item would be "http://yoursite.com/YourSiteFolder/index.php/action,tpmod/dl.html".

after I figured out how to do the menu I just love that feature...lol Since I ahve our downloads section with a name I have included it in the menu listing too...lol
