You need to copy the "TPShout.english.php" over to "TPShout.portuguese_brazilian-utf8.php".

TP tries to load an non-existing file and the quickest solution is to just copy and rename that english file.

Beta1 is not something we support anylonger, i will have to ask you to update to beta4 as many of the bugs were fixed from beta 1 to beta4
