Why do my blocks have a black box?

If you go to my site here: http://dust514zone.com/

You'll see that the HTML & Javascript blocks have a black/dark box around the text.

(For ex, look at "Navigation" and "Dust 514 Information" - they have black boxes around them)

Why does this happen? And how do I remove it?

Did you make any edits to the styles.css file?

It appears that this is the culprit:  catbg3 tp_leftblock_title

BorderlandsHQ

I never made any edits to the style.css file.

Okay, so if that's the culprit, how do I remove it?

IchBin

style.css file. Find the .header class and either change or remove the background color.

BorderlandsHQ

I can't seem to find it...

find the following:

.header

}

and remove it

You really should use the search function of the editor you're using. You would have found it much easier.
