Maybe I'm missing something simple, but I've tried this now for a couple of hours and nothing. I have just installed SMF 1.1.10 and TP106 beta 2. Default theme.

When I create an article and a category for it, it doesn't show up anywhere. It's active, display on frontpage is on, but frontpage has nothing. Now, when I uninstall TP106 and change to TP 1.0 beta 4, then the article appears correctly. In 106 beta 2, when I use intro, intro appears fine, but when I click the "read more" link from the intro, the whole article is missing again. It's a basic HTML article with a couple of lines of text.

Sorry if this is some old already known issue.

Beta2 holds a lot of bugs, i think i remember your issue is one of them.

1. Download and upgrade to TP beta4 instead. If you still have issues, follow these 2 guides.

I see, thanks. One thing I'm missing in beta 4 is the full HTML article editing tool with all the features. In 106 beta 2 it's there, but seems to be much more limited in beta 4. Well, I guess I just have to live with that. :)

mymistake,

Make sure the editor is turned on (see image below).

Thanks ZarPrime, but I do have it enabled. It's just that the editor itself is different with much fewer set of editing tools and features compared to the other versions. So it isn't so easy to create articles anymore with that.

AFAIK the new editor have the same abilities as the old ones with less functions. What functions are you missing in the new editor ?

mymistake

Well, for example editing tables and cells seem to be much more difficult with the new editor (at least for me).
