Adding link to forum in top navigation menu?

Hi,

I am new to SMF and TP and have a question...

I installed the Tinyportal on my forum and am very pleased to have a Home page where I can put latest news and stuff.
My problem is: how do I add a link in the top navigation bar to the forum??

here's the link to the website under construction:

and to the forum:
http://gw2talk.somnyus.com/index.php?action=forum
