Frontpage

Ok, i know you can choose boards so that when you post in them they are displayed on the frontpage, i have been mucking about now for a while and can't seem to do this..........
I want to make one of the posts in a board to display on the front page, like if i make a post i have the option to display that on the frontpage, any ideas?

All i really want is to display 1 post on a page by maybe having the option when i first post it

The way to do this is to setup one of your Boards as a News Board.  You do that in the following location ...
Admin --> TinyPortal --> Settings & Frontpage --> FrontPage

After that, you just need to select one of the top 2 options for "What to display on frontpage:".  Any post that you placed in that News Board will now show up on the FrontPage.
