I do not mean to HIJACK this thread but also do not want to create a New thread with the same topic.

I have recently upgraded as well. Now my Shoutbox is not showing up and the type is set to not set, I think it was set to shoutbox before but can not find that in the list of drop down list.

Also when I have my recent Topics Block up it gets an error "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/trdsquad/public_html/Site/Sources/Subs.php on line 2439"

I have researched this here and found that it is supposed to be an error with the Hosting company, they have change the php.ini file to the following #memory_limit=64M
#max_execution_time = 60

we have gone up as much as 90 sometimes we get an Internal Error. but other times not.

Any and all insight would be great.

Thanks,

BCB

********Edit********
My shoutbox is taken care of now to get my Recent ones back

Are you the owner of all your file in your directory?  I would ask the host to verify this.  Also verify your database has no inconsistencies in it.

G6Cad

1. Wrong file permissions on the server = the files and folders cant be read and therefore the server times out on these files.
2. Wrongly updated files during the upgrade. Make sure you have all the new code edits made correctly and that all old code is removed from the files.

Read these guides and check it manually and make the changes where they need to be made.

How do I manually install TinyPortal

I have downloaded the full install and installed it in a different directory, with it's own database installed the TP and all worked great, Pointed it to the old Database of the previous forum and then it started to getting the "Fatal error:" again,  I think I am just going to have to start from scratch all the way again.

*******EDIT******

Well I am not sure what to think about this now.  Before it went down in my forum a member from a long time ago came back in and posted in my forums He was causing problems before with attitude and such so I figured might just delete him out before I wipe them all clean and start over and it made it so my error went away. So now my forums are back up and going as far as this error.

Except for the Recent Block I can not seem to get it going. Also the Permissions block does not show any thing in it and the Top Posters only shows one and does not show the number of posts.  Getting it closer but pretty much at a stand still.

Any thoughts on these?
