[FIXED]Problem installing TP on SMF 1.1.10

9.  Execute Modification  ./Themes/default/index.template.php  Test failed
This is the only thing that fails when trying to install TP onto my default forum. The only packages I have are;
SMF Classifieds
SMF Trader

Running;
SMF 1.0.18 / 1.1.10 / 2.0

Trying to install;
tinyportal10beta4

[FIX] I basically just uninstalled all the packages and reversed the package installs starting with TP.
