I remember seeing this many months ago back and think it is either a db or language issue. I can't remember which. I'd have to do some digging to make sure.

Well, this is also happening to my website too.
The Possible solution is to not double the space or double the enter... But the easiest way to settle this is converting your article into a bbc, so then you can just add
 to enter and just put spaces.
Thats how I solved my error with it.

Update:
No error in BBC, BBC is similar to HTML, it shows whats listed, so you dont need
 etc. Just use like:
Hello
Whats Up

Its very similar to html.

Seems like everytime I have ever seen that character, it was from a non-breaking space ( ) in the code to ensure a space was there.
