Some block improvement suggestions

I know some of these may of been mentioned previously on here, and that Bloc is working on changing how certain aspects of the blocks work, but having just spent some time setting up blocks on a new site, I've got some thoughts.

When creating new blocks, by default they're not shown anywhere.
- took me a few minutes to remember, that when creating new blocks, you need to choose where each individual block is to be shown.
When adding new member groups, by default no blocks are shown to them, which means you then have to go through each individual block and select the new membergroup.

It would be good, if there was some method of group editting of blocks.
i.e. if you wanted to change what blocks get shown to a certain member group, or want to change on what pages certain blocks get shown, it's just a case of selecting the concerned blocks, and changing the display settings/permissions in a batch, instead of the current block by block approach.


Also, it would be good if you could create clickable block titles, within the block manager.
Simply an extra box, where you could enter a html link, or possibly the ability to add some phpcode to generate a link.
