Ticket Software

I wanted to ask you if anyone knows a ticketing software that allows you to have custom fields.

Basically what i want is something like bugtracker in utility but with ticketing software in mind to handle Applications.

Some might know this kind of software as a help-desk aswell but what i want is more like as a private system with a Ticket Number that is getting issued and you can anytime check it.

I was more interested in something that lets say the "Ticket" is private and quests can only see their ticket if provide ticket number and e-mail. Only admins can see all the tickets.

It probably isn't free though.
