Open up TPBlockLayout.template file and at the bottom find/remove:

Code Select Expand

Then open index.template file and find:

and replace with:

1. Ok so maybe resources was the wrong place, but I didn't really see this as a block code, or support issue. Really wasn't sure where to put it.
2. In terms of being descriptive in my topic, thought I was. Ok maybe the subject was a bit vague, but not too far of a stretch.
