Page goes white after New PM Alert and opening the PM inbox

Hey,

i'm having this problem with smf and tinyportal that whenever someone gets a new pm and they click yes in the javascript popup that asks to open it in a new window the current window stays white instead of opening the page it should open.

How can i fix this.

You need to ask this at SMF, the PM system is part of SMF.
