Custom installing tinyportal

No, you're not wasting my time.  However, you seem to have kind of a strange setup.  You don't even seem to have folders in your root folder that you should have.  I may need to get additional help on this one.

Let me ask you this?  How did you get the one mod installed that you did install.  In other words, what was the method you used to install it?

As soon as someone else comes on here who might be able to help I will get with them and see if we can get this sorted out.  It might take a while for us to figure it out.  Bear with us.

I used package manager.

All the mods I have tried with package manager work, where as TP is the only one that gives me that problem
