Moving Shoutbox Text Entry Box to Top in TP 1.0 beta 3

IchBin gave instructions for moving the shoutbox text entry area to the top in this post: http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php/topic,17593.msg145434.html#msg145434, which worked for me in TP version 0.983, and I wanted to accomplish the same thing with TP 1.0 beta 3.  The file structure is different in TP 1.0 beta 3, but I found the text IchBin referenced in /tp-files/tp-modules/TPShout/Templates/TPShout.template.php and made the same changes, but it seems to have had no effect.  Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

The shoutbox have been rewritten so the instructions for 0983 will not apply to the new shoutbox.

OK, thanks for the reply G6.  It's not a big problem - I'd just prefer to have the text entry area on the same side of the block as the formatting buttons.
