Problems with WYSIWIG in TP1 beta3

Hi all,

on a fresh install SMF 1.1.8 / TP1 beta3 afaik it works fine. Only with WYSIWIG Editor i hava problems. DosnÃ,´t matter BBC or HTML article, if I set formats like bold or color and save it, the whole text is going lost.

With FCK Editor I had much less Probs, better said none!

Is there any fixing before beta 4, or should I use better 0.98?

Please take your time and look in the bugtracker, there are several bugreports, and a few of them are fixed for beta4 and some even have the quick fixes added.

I had allready spend time for bugtracker G6. The closest topic I seen was: http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=bugtracker;sa=bug469 or I surveyed something.

I know it is fixed in beta4, which is not reachable for me. So I have to ask, if a fix is available for beta3.

Have you tried saving when in code mode? If you click on the <> button, it should show you the code instead of wysiwig mode. I think that works, but I can't remember.

Jap, also tryed this way. Without effort, the formatted text is going lost. Also with copy & paste...

No Problem with plain text!
