Not sure if this would be the right place or over in SMF but if I'm wrong please let me know and I will post over there.

OK for my dumb server question.  It doesn't matter if if I upload an SMF file or a TP file but when I use the Packages to upload an upgrade or an add-on my server assigns Apache as the the owner of the file.  This causes not only permission problems but also file editing problems.  What am I doing wrong?  On my other server I have no problems at all.  Is this a PHP thing or an Apache Problems.  Pulling whats left of my hair out and almost boald.

Just have to take a good look at the way Apache is set up on my other host and see if I can get my kid to duplicate it on this server.

Oh know problems G6.  I found a workaround for it, just cost me some time.  I should have did a search before posting but I was kind of frazzled at that moment.
