Blocks don't Appear

Hey i just installed this theme, but i cant get the blocks to appear in the front page, for some reason none of the themes from this website let me see the blocks from tiny portal. I go the the settings on the admin panel and every thing seems right. I'm using SMF 1.1.8. and i downloaded G_Rock106

You should ask this in Support, you have more problems than just GRock theme , cuz I cann't help you .. sorry!
