Footer and credits not showing in articles, only in forum

Theme: Gold Charm by Shadow82x (I've tweaked the css and images)
Current Mods:  Nothing other than TP yet on the fresh install until I sort this problem out below.

So my problem is that after doing a fresh install of SMF and TP and restored from my backup, and also bringing back in my theme I was using, my footers are no longer showing on the article pages, JUST with the forum. 

The footers should look like this on all of my pages:  www.schreeandbaby.com/index.php?action=forum

I have my site footer in a BOTTOM BLOCK and have the bottom block checked on all article pages. I've double checked and double checked all settings and everything seems okay.

Even the SMF and TP credits won't show.  I've verified my index.template and it is there and that's obvious since both are in fact there in the footer on the forum. 

I've also checked to take my site back to the core default theme and the same problem is happening there too so it doesn't seem to be the theme I'm using. 

I hope I gave all the info that I needed to provide. You guys rock with all of your help!

Looks like it's a problem with the shoutbox. It says that there's an error in it and, when there is an error, the page quits rendering. Try disabling the shoutbox and see if it makes a difference.

Looks like you're using the Advanced shout box which is no longer supported. You should use the simple shoutbox.

Hi JpDeni! Awwww, that makes total sense.  I had a new box that was running some script and it wasn't working so the rest of the right panel wouldn't show up. Once I removed the news box inadvertently my entire right panel showed back up. It was a happy surprise. I thought after the fresh install that I would have to rebuild the right blocks.

I'll go try it now. Yea, the shoutbox didn't play nice after the fresh install.

Oh, I had to refresh and see Ichbin's response. Sounds like guys are on the same path with it being the adv shoutbox. I'll definitely go and remove and thx for the advice to use the simple shout.  Ichbin, you always rock!

YEP that fixed it!  Now my fresh installs are PERFECT!  Thank you sooooooo much!
