SMF down after TP install

So this is a seperate thread from the other posts I have incase anyone has seen it thinking its the same..

On a linux ubuntu install with EHCP control panel installed. I installed SMF then tried to install TP but got an error saying no permissions. Finally got all the permissions stuff worked out (CHmodded all files and folders listed on install documentation to 777).

Package manager listed all the "tests" succuessfull but now I get

Missing files/folders or/and wrongly set files and folders permissions
