[bugtracker] The article isn't active when no category selected

Tested in newly installed smf 1.1.8 and no other mods installed other than tp beta 3.

When creating php/html articles with no category selected. The article display this error.

The article isn't active, hasn't been approved yet, or simply does not exist.

That is correct and not a bug.  Articles not in a category can only be viewed via preview.  See this post --> http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php/topic,27816.msg225619.html#msg225619

Otherwise, articles must be in a category to display.
