Submit downloads

How do members post downloads? (not articles.)

Ok, that is to set in the SMF Permissions!

Go to:
Admin -> (Members) Permissions ->
Add/Modify the TinyPortal Download manager Upload file - Permission for Regular Members ...

Another quick question:

Is it possible to, in the Download section, instead of having them download something off that site, to have a link to the download? Or just have the download button link to another site? I say this because I have some files on another site, and I don't want to waste space putting it on 2 sites.
