when installing TP 0983 got a failed test on

Hi All,
When I installed TP 0983 I got a failed test on themes/default.
I have it installed and working fine.
So I figured I needed a theme edit for the default theme, but I have searched online for the edit and found nothing, can anyone here help?
I dont use the default theme much if ever, but some members do.
Any help would be cool.

I am guessing now that the theme edit needed for the smf default theme has the TP copyright on it

the edit that needs to be done is in the themes/default/index.template.php file
any ideas what the edit would be? to save me a bucket load of time

Well. your "custom" theme is whats lacking the copywrite, so a start there would be good

/themes/your custom theme/index.template.php
