ShoutBox everybodys problem?!

Hello people 

I had installed 1.1.7 SMF and v1.0.5 beta 1 ! When I wanna enable and install shoubox, smf wrote me that the Languages isnt have nessesary permissions?! wtf?! Wich one?

Now, its installed alright but isnt working... Now it says that ShoutBox could not load the template? wtf? 


Any help is more than welcome,

Specifically we also need to know what Shoutbox you are talking about.  Is this the TinyProtal Shoutbox or is this one of the SMF Shoutbox mods?

I was wondering, this TP Simple Shoutbox is for v0.9.8 Tiny?! Not for 1.0.5 beta as well?!

The TP Shoutbox is now a module in TP versions of 1.x and higher.

In your Admin area, under TinyPortal, you must now first install the TP Shout Module if you want to use it.  If you installed TP 0.98 and the Shoutbox no longer appears after upgrading to TP 1.0.5 beta 1, you must do the following ...
Go to --> Admin --> TinyPortal --> Modules
Here you can install the TPShout Module by clicking "Install the module?"

Once installed, you can go into Blocks and Panels and create a "shoutbox" block and save.  Once the block comes up the type will be "- not set -".  Click the dropdown and select TP module and save.  When the block edit screen comes back up it will now show a button to select below the type called "TPShout".  Select it and save.  When it comes back up select your visual options and then the Shoutbox will be active.

Any problems, just ask.

I did this before everything, but the problem , at first says something like, TP ShoutBox is unable to install language options, please check permisions!

Then, and mess around with Language folder at my hosting, so nothing. And When I come back and site, the module was allready installe, because I have under TiNY PORTAL BLOCK in admin >TPShout ?! And when I click on it, it sasys :"Unable to load the 'TPShout' template. " ??

under TiNY PORTAL BLOCK in admin >Modules   i have TP Simple Shoutbox and Downloads menager? And the TP Simple Shoutbox is ON !!!

I an not sure what i did wrong?!
