Article Submission ain't showing

TP Version: 1.0.6 Beta 2
Smf Version: 1.1.7

When I click submissions, nothing shows up... its just a blank page with a header named "submission"

I think this might be the cause of it....

Apply Filter: Only show the errors with the same message

I also attached my admin.template.php


Edit: Another issue... the avatar and description for the articles doesn't show on the front page. It only shows them when you go there directly.
