Blog plus SMF plus TP - how?

Not sure this is the right board, please move if needed.

On my SMF/TP forum, I want to provide individual blogs for members. I want my SMF/TP homepage to be the main page, but to have (1) links to the member blogs, and (2) one TP block with excerpts from multiple member blogs.

Is this doable through TP?

How is it done?

Should it be Wordpress, or would the SMF blog mod work better with TP?

It would be doable through SMF, as another mod. Your best bet would be to go to the SMF site and do some searching.

As for the smilies, you can just download each one on its own.
