URLs Are Fubar!

I'm running SMF 1.1.7 with TP 1.0.5 and my theme is wow-dk116v1 (from http://padexx.de/).  I have managed to seriously bugger up my forum and have no idea where to turn so am asking here first.  When I updated my theme I noticed that the "Forum" button had disappeared so I went to the Server Settings and in Forum URL entered http://the-enlightened.org/index.php?action=forum as this is the URL for the actual forum as opposed to the front page.  Since I've done that all my URLs are buggered up, for example, the admin button tried to take me to http://the-enlightened.org/index.php?action=forum/index.php?action=admin, I have to manually edit it to get to the Admin section.  Of course I can't save any changes I make as the Save button is fubar too 

Please, does anyone know how I can fix this without deleting my board and starting again?

I found the solution on the SMF forums and ran the repair tool - panic over!  Feel free to delete this as I'm unable to delete it myself.
